Ridin Dirty Radio

KEN SHARP – Prior to creating Ridin’ Dirty, Ken worked and played believing that drinking and driving was a part of the social norm. Whether it was golfing, going to a football game, meeting friends after work or entertaining clients, activities usually included drinking. Throughout the years, Ken accumulated two DUI’s and experienced the harsh penalties associated with this offense first hand. As a result, the experiences motivated Ken to work as a Behavioral Health Technician at the Scottsdale Treatment Institute in Arizona where he facilitated hundreds of court mandated groups for DUI offenders. During his years of counseling, there have been numerous stories that have inspired him to create Ridin’ Dirty, the only radio show in America dedicated to the issues of drinking and driving. It is his belief that only through a social dialogue will we see a change in regards to drinking and driving behaviors and attitudes. Ken hopes that the show will inspire people to change their own behavior. Although relatively new to radio, Ken’s passion for the subject and comedic delivery combine for a truly unique talk radio experience.

JULIE ATKINSON – Julie Atkinson joins the Ridin' Dirty team in hopes to bring a fresh perspective. Although new to radio, Julie graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Communications. She has since been the Director of Operations for a large brand of amusement centers in Arizona. Her enthusiasm for the topic as well as her knowledge of the younger demographic makes her an entertaining sidekick to the opinionated Ken Sharp.
